Subsea controls engineering specialists J+S Subsea has this week been named as the best Subsea Equipment Engineering & Operational Support Company in the UK Enterprise Awards.
The national awards, hosted by SME News, are in their sixth year and celebrate the achievements of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
A spokesperson for the UK Enterprise Awards said: “It goes without saying that this is a fantastic achievement for J+S Subsea and a true marker of the hard work and commitment invested day to day.
“Despite the obvious hardships the last two years have brought to the UK, we’ve seen SMEs work tirelessly to adapt and overcome a myriad of challenges, and we believe more than ever the incredible dedication by these enterprises should be recognised.”
The news is the latest in a trail of success for the Kintore-based company.
As well as being named as a finalist last month in the Manufacturing & Engineering Start-Up category of the national StartUp Awards, J+S Subsea was also a finalist in the best small company category at February’s Subsea Expo awards.
This was in addition to the award of best Subsea Equipment Engineering Specialist in Corporate Vision’s Oil & Gas Awards last summer.
